

The 2004 Water Quality Conference will be held October 27 - 29, 2004 at the DoubleTree Hotel in Ontario, California. This two and a half day conference will be focusing on Perchlorate, Pharmaceuticals, Disinfection By-products, Arsenic and Radon and will feature the leading specialists in the fields of research, treatment technologies, health effect issues, regulations, policy and finance. Over 400 professionals from across the country will be attending the conference where information on the newest developments in research technology and treatment will be presented.
The 2004 Water Quality Conference will feature triple track sessions over the two and a half days with a joint session on Friday, October 29, 2004. This joint session will provide attendees with the opportunity to participate in the final day of discussion with the speakers and presenters, along with other agenda items.

ATTENDEE'S CONFERENCE PACKAGE:
The 'package' consists of a name badge, registration materials, conference agenda, and luncheon tickets.
NAME BADGES:
Name badges must be worn to attend conference events. Badges may be checked at the doors. Information for the badges will be taken directly from conference pre-registration forms, making it vital that complete, accurate and legible information is on the form. Deadline for returning forms to assure badges will be prepared is October 15, 2004. Badges will be available only for registered attendees.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Ø A handling charge of $25.00 will apply to all cancellations/refunds prior to October 16, 2004.
Ø No refunds will be made after October 15, 2004.
Ø There will be no refund transactions during the conference.
Ø The hotel, not East Valley Water District, makes refunds of hotel deposits. For more information, please refer to the instructions on the hotel reservation link.
