The information contained in this section will help
to answer questions that you may have regarding your water and sewer
service. East Valley Water Districts primary goal is to provide
you with excellent service at a reasonable cost. If you should have
any questions regarding the information contained in this section,
please give us a call, or join us at our board meetings, which are
held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 2:30 pm, at
the District office. We are proud to serve the East Valley community.
East Valley Water District was established in 1954.
An elected Board of Directors represents an area of approximately
30 square miles which currently provides water and sewer service to
approximately 65,000 customers within the City of Highland and portions
of both the City and County of San Bernardino. Average water use in
the District is 19 million gallons per day, with 36 million gallons
per day used during peak usage periods. The District does not receive
any tax revenues. Services are financed solely by rates.
