*New Billing Software*

The District has recently launched a new billing software system. During this implementation period you may experience delays when paying your bill by phone or in person at the Customer Service Counter.

If you currently pay your bill online, or wish to sign up for online payments, please be sure to register with for the new system.

Additionally, your Account Number must contain 10-digits and dashes in this format XXXX-XXXX-XX. If your bill displays less then 10-digits, please add leading zeros. For example: Your bill displays: 12345-67. Please enter: 0001-2345-67

At the District Office
Customer Service accepts cash, check, money orders, and credit cards during regular business hours at the District headquarters, 31111 Greenspot Rd, Highland, CA 92346.

A night drop for check or money order payments is conveniently located here. All payments received after the close of business will be processed by 8 a.m. on the next business day.

Payment Drop Box
A drop box for check or money order payments is conveniently located at the East Valley Field Office at Water District 1155 Del Rosa Ave., San Bernardino, CA 92410. All payments received after 7 a.m. will be processed on the next business day.

The District has recently transitioned to a new Utility Billing System. Please note that you will need to register for a new user account to access the new online billing portal.

Pay your bill over the phone with a credit / debit card or checking account.

Automatic Payment Plan
Additionally, automatic payment is available for your utility bills, complete the Application for Automatic Payment.
