East Valley Water District is committed to the health and safety of the community it serves. As we welcome residents back to our office, the District has taken a number of steps in support of customers and employees to ensure that we continue to serve you in a safe manner.
The following precautions are being observed at District facilities:
- Hand Sanitizing Stations in the lobby and at each Customer Service window.
- Plexiglass shields have been installed at Customer Service and Engineering windows.
- Social distancing markers to help maintain 6 feet of physical distance have been placed in the lobby.
- Enhanced cleaning measures and new sanitation protocols to focus on frequently touched surfaces.
Please note, the District’s demonstration garden is temporarily closed as an additional safety precaution.
Effective May 8, 2020, the updated health order from the Health Officer of the County of San Bernardino no longer requires the public and staff to wear face coverings or masks at essential businesses.
