During the July 25 regular Board Meeting, EVWD Board of Directors approved the selection of Balfour Beatty / Arcadis as the design-build partner to lead the design and construction of the SNRC. Balfour Beatty / Arcadis presented a conceptual fly-through of the state-of-the-art wastewater treatment facility will treat up to 8 million gallons a day initially, with the ability to increase to 10 million gallons a day.
